                                   JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner

seeking the following reliefs:-

"(i) Call for the records pertaining to the order for refusal of renewing licence dated 24.03.2014 issued by the 2nd respondent and notice issued by the 1st respondent directing the stoppage of work by the petitioner.

(ii) Issue a writ of mandamus, orders or directions to the 1st respondent to recall the stop memo and allow the petitioner to conduct the wood craft/artisan's work in the workshop which is being functioned from 2005 onwards.

(iii) Issue such other reliefs that may be prayed for time to time and this Honourable Court may be grant deem fit considering the circumstances and nature of the case."

2. Today when the matter is take up, the learned

counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned

counsel for the Municipality submitted that the

subject matter has become infructuous. Therefore,

this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
