1. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the present case is covered by the judgment dated 08.07.2022, passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No.2847 of 2020 with analogous cases.

2. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the said judgment has been stayed by the Hon'ble Apex Court vide order dated 20.12.2024 passed in Special Leave petition (Civil) Diary No.57502 of 2024.

3. In view of above submission, the matter is adjourned sine die.

4. The parties are at liberty to mention the case after disposal of the aforesaid S.L.P.
