05/ Dated:03.09.2024 Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent State.

2. Issue notice to the victim 'X' through her guardian by the Superintendent of Police, Gumla informing that the Cr. Revision No. (SJ) No. 278 of 2024 is to be taken up on 25.09.2024. Copy of the memo of criminal revision be provided to the Superintendent of Police, Gumla for taking necessary steps in this regard. The Superintendent of Police, Gumla is directed to take steps in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in "Nipun Saxena and another v. Union of India and others" (2019) 2 Supreme Court Cases 703.

3. The learned counsel for the State is directed to file counter affidavit regarding noticing the victim 'X'.

4. Put up this case on 25.09.2024.

5. Let a copy of this order be given to the learned counsel for the State.
