                                           ----

Ganesh Prasad Varma @ Gamesh Prasad Verma, aged about 22 years, son of Baleshwar Prasad Varma @ Baleshwar Verma, resident of Village - Pipradih, P.O.- Tilaiya Dam, P.S. - Tilaiya Dam (O.P.), District - Koderma.

                                         Versus

Sheela Devi, wife of Ganesh Prasad Varma, resident of Village + P.O. - Fulwariya, P.S.-Nawalshahi, District - Koderma. .... .... Opposite Party(s)

----

CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR

----

For the Petitioner(s) : Mr. Anil Kr. Sinha, Adv. For the Opposite Party : Mr. Ashim Kr. Sahani, Adv.

----

th 14/Dated: 14 November, 2024

1. Heard the parties.

2. The present criminal revision application has been filed against the judgment dated 01.02.2023 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Koderma in Original Maintenance Case No.92 of 2021, whereby and whereunder the Family Court has directed the petitioner to pay Rs.3,500/- per month to the opposite party and Rs.2,000/- per month each to the minor children as maintenance.

3. It appears that the parties are related by marriage and the marriage has taken place as per the Hindu Rites on 15.07.2015. The court below has considered all the parameters and finding has been recorded that the marriage is valid and the wife has reasonable reason to reside separately. Further, the wife is unable to maintain herself and after considering the income of the husband the family court has directed him to pay meagre amount of Rs.3,500/- per month to the wife and Rs.2,000/- per month each to the minor children as maintenance.

4. In view of the above observation, I do not find any reason to entertain the present criminal revision. Accordingly, the present criminal revision application is, hereby, dismissed.
