5/30.06.2022 Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the State.

By way of filing aforesaid interlocutory application, the appellant has renewed his prayer to suspend the sentence and release him on bail, during pendency of this appeal, which was earlier rejected.

After going through the judgment, we find that P.W.-3 and P.W.-5 are the eye-witnesses who have categorically stated that this appellant has given axe-blow on the deceased resulting in his death. Further the medical evidence also corroborates the aforesaid statement.

Considering the aforesaid evidence and also that earlier the application for prayer for bail of the appellant was rejected on merit, we find no ground to entertain this I.A. and accordingly, the prayer for bail of the appellant is hereby rejected.

Accordingly, aforesaid interlocutory application is dismissed.
