5/18.07.2022 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that this Cr.M.P. has become infructuous in view of the fact that the case pending in the learned court below had been disposed of and all the accused persons have been acquitted and therefore he seeks permission to withdraw this Cr.M.P. The photo copy of the judgment has also been filed. Let it be kept on record.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of O.P. No.2 did not controvert this fact.

Having taken into consideration the aforesaid submission, this Cr.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn.
