As per the report of the Registry, respondent no. 3 is lodged in
District Jail, Poonch and has been served. Rest of the respondents have not filed
their objections.
The application, for the reasons stated hereinabove is allowed and
the delay in filing the leave to appeal application is condoned.
We have gone through the judgment impugned and are of the view
that prima facie a case for admission is made out by the appellant.
The application seeking leave to appeal is allowed and leave
granted. Registry to diarize the appeal and list the same for consideration on
17.11.2025.
