The contempt proceeding have been initiated on account of non-

compliance of final judgment and order dated 11.07.2017 which is said to be

final and conclusive.

Sh. Rais ud Din Ganaie, learned GA, appears and submits that he

would be appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and filing his

Vakalat Nama. He will bring on record the consideration order which has

already been passed and will establish that no case for contempt is made out.

In view of the above, as prayed by him, a month's time is granted to

file response to the contempt petition and to bring on record the

consideration order which has already been passed.
