compassionate appointment under the respondents, hence upon, demise

in harness of his predecessor-in-interest, hence, has occurred, through the

impugned Annexure P-4, (i) rather wherein a display occurs that it is a non

speaking order, and, obviously hence it omits, to, assign, any reasons for

rejecting the writ claim (ii) thereupon, a direction is issued, upon, the

respondents concerned to reconsider the writ claim, after affording , to the

writ petitioner, an opportunity of personal hearing, and, a decision thereon
