                                   JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view

of the development which has taken place in the interregnum, these

execution proceedings may be closed, but with liberty to the

petitioner to have the judgment executed, in case there is still some

shortcoming/discrepancy with regard to implementation of the

judgment.

Petition is ordered to be closed, with liberty as prayed

for. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
