When the matter is called out, learned advocate for the

applicant has tendered the judgment dated 6.1.2024 passed in

C.C. No.351 of 2021 by the 3 rd Addl. Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Jamnagar, which is taken on record.

In view of this, learned advocate for the applicant, on

receiving instructions from his client, submits that matter has

become infructuous as proceedings of criminal case is over

and therefore, he does not press this application. Accordingly,

the present application is disposed of as not pressed. Notice

stands discharged. Interim relief, if any, granted earlier

stands vacated.
