ORDER IN CRIMINAL MISC. APPLICATION NO. 17610 of

1. Heard Mr. Utkarsh Sharma, learned APP.

2. According to his submission, the respondent - accused

was working as Work Assistant in the Office of Deputy

Executive Engineer, Vadodara and had disproportionate asset

as a fixed deposit in the name of his wife and children. Over

and above further fixed deposit of more than Rs. 5 Lacs, in all

fixed deposit of Rs. 16,88,758/-, as against his earning of

Rs.8,48,322/-. However, considering the impugned judgment

recording the acquittal of the respondent - accused, I deem it

fit to grant the leave as prayed for.

Hence, leave is granted. This application stands disposed

of as allowed.

ORDER IN CRIMINAL APPEAL NO. 1143 of 2020

Admit. In view of leave granted, this appeal is admitted.

Bailable warrant in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- be issued against

the respondent - accused.
