Heard Ms. A. Bujarbaruah, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. Choudhury, learned standing counsel, BTC, appearing for the respondent Nos.4--6, Mr. A. Phukan, learned standing counsel, Education (Elementary) Department, appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Ms. R.M. Barooah, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.3.

During the course of hearing Mr. Choudhury, learned standing counsel for the respondents BTC has brought to the notice of this Court a judgment delivered by a coordinate bench of this Court in WP(C) No.6020/2017 and batch that while dealing with similarly situated teachers with the present petitioners, dismissed the said writ petitions and that the present petitioner is also covered by the said decision.

Accordingly, it is provided that Mr. Choudhury, learned standing counsel, BTC, shall bring on record the judgment and order dated 14.07.2025 passed by the coordinate bench of this Court in WP(C) No.6020/2017 and batch by filing an additional affidavit.
