06.11.2023 Since the connected appeal has been admitted for hearing, the Judgment and Award dated 13.07.2023 passed by the learned Member, MACT No. 2, Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati in MAC Case No. 531/2022 shall remain stayed till disposal of the appeal, subject to deposit of 40 lakhs of the awarded amount in the Registry of this Court in next four weeks.

The respondent no. 1/claimant shall be at liberty to withdraw the aforesaid amount from the Registry without any rider.

The IA(C) stands disposed of.
