On perusal of the materials on record and having heard the

submissions made by the learned Advocate for the petitioner, this

Court is of the view that the instant revision can be disposed of here

and now with the assistance of the learned Public Prosecutor-in-

Charge.

Ms. Manisha Sharma, learned Public Prosecutor-in-Charge is

requested to assist this Court on behalf of the State. Appointment of

Ms.Manisha Sharma be regularized by the learned Legal

Remembrancer, Government of West Bengal.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is

not named in the FIR. However, charge-sheet was filed against him

in connection with G.R. Case No.723 of 2021 and the said case is

pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate at Nabadwip.

The petitioner was on bail. However, during Covid pandemic,

the petitioner could not appear before the Court below. Therefore,

warrant of arrest was issued by the Trial Court.

Considering the past antecedent of the petitioner, the instant

revision is disposed of keeping the warrant of arrest in abeyance for a

period of 3 weeks. Within the said period, the petitioner will

surrender before the Trial Court shall and the Trial Court shall pass an

order enlarging him on bail in accordance with law.

The instant revision, is, thus, disposed of.
