1. Heard Shri Arunendra Nath Mishra, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel on behalf of respondents.

2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that the petitioner was appointed on the post of Anganwadi Sahayika and has been discharging duty of Anganwadi Karyakatri for substantial period of time.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that she has not been considered for promotion to the post of Anganwadi Karyakatri by the respondents illegally and arbitrarily.

4. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner shall be substantially redressed in case the representation for promotion may be duly considered by opposite party no.2 expeditiously.

5. Learned Standing counsel does not object to the prayer made by the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the opposite party no.2 i.e. District Program Officer, District Hardoi to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 23.09.2024 expeditiously, within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him in accordance with law and communicate this judgment to the petitioner.
