1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

2. Notice need not to be sent to respondent no. 5 at this stage.

3. Petitioner before this Court is a working officiating Principal in a minority institution known as M.R. Sherwani Higher Secondary School, Ganj Dundwara, District Kasganj since 01.07.2015. According to petitioner, he has not been paid salary of Principal of the institution though the matter stands settled in view of the judgment of this Court in case of Soloman Morar Jha Vs. District Inspector of Schools, 1985 UPLBEC 113 and in case of Mohd. Ameen Vs. State of U.P. and others, Writ-A No. 4893 of 2021.

4. Ventilating his grievance petitioner has already moved a representation on 09.10.2024 before respondent no. 3, District Inspector of Schools, Kanpur Nagar, which is pending consideration.

5. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed off, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit with a direction upon respondent no. 3, District Inspector of Schools, Kasgnaj to take decision in the matter, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed off.
