1. Heard learned counsel for parties.

2. Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that his representation moved in furtherance of order dated 29.3.2022 passed by this Court in Writ-C No.312 of 2019 connected with Writ-C No.14907 of 2019, is not being decided.

3. This Court heard the aforesaid two writ petitions and decided the same by judgment and order dated 29.3.2022 requiring the Sub Divisional Magistrate concerned to decide the same in accordance with law. It appears that there is no time period provided in the said order and the Sub Divisional Magistrate concerned is not deciding the matter in furtherance of the aforesaid order.

4. In the given circumstances, it is open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application for modification/appropriate direction in furtherance of order dated 29.3.2022 before the Bench which had passed the order dated 29.3.2022 in the aforesaid writ petitions.

5. With the aforesaid liberty, present writ petition is consigned to record.
