This appeal was filed on behalf of Insurance Company against the award passed by the learned Tribunal.

Officers of the appellant-Insurance Company and their advocate are present. Officers of National Insurance Co. Ltd. has appeared in-person and submitted that they would like to withdraw this appeal.

An application to withdrawn this appeal duly signed by Authorized Signatory of appellant-National Insurance Company Ltd. and learned Advocate for appellant, is filed stating that nothing remained to argue in this case in the light of various judgments passed by Hon'ble Apex Court as well as High Courts. Therefore, there is no reason to pursue this appeal. The application is taken on record.

In view of above, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.

Interim relief, if any, stands vacated.

The amount be disbursed to the claimants as per the original award.
