On the matter being taken up, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that he does not want to press the instant criminal revision and therefore, the same be dismissed as not pressed, as the revisionist shall avail his remedy as may be permissible under law before appropriate forum/court of law.

Prayer so made is bona fide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.

The instant revision is accordingly dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.

Certified copy of the impugned judgment and order shall be returned to the learned counsel for the revisionist after retaining a photo copy of the same to be kept on record.
