2. Sri Sita Ram Sharma, learned Amicus Curiae for the applicants and Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned A.G.A. are present.
3. Learned A.G.A. has informed that the instant anticipatory bail application has been rendered infructuous as the closure report has been filed.
4. In view of the statement so made, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as infructuous.
5. Sri Sita Ram Sharma, Amicus Curiae has assisted the Court very diligently. This Court provide that he shall be paid counsel's fee as Rs.15,000/-. The Registrar General of this High Court is directed to ensure payment of aforesaid fee to Sri Sita Ram Sharma, Amicus Curiae, without any delay and, in any case, within one month from the receipt of a copy of this judgment/order.
6. Office is directed to provide a copy of this order to the learned Registrar General at the earliest for necessary compliance.
