LD/346/65. - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 17 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1965, the Lt. Governor of Goa, Daman and Diu passes the following order, namely :-
- This order be called the Administrative Tribunal (Removal of Difficulties) Order No. 2, 1965.
- It shall come into force at once.
- The Administrative Tribunal constituted under the G. D. D. Administrative Tribunal Act, 1965 shall not remain closed in the month of October.
