L.D. 251/65. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1965, the State Government passes the following order, namely :-
- This order may be called the Administrative Tribunal (Removal of Difficulties) Order, 1965.
- It shall come into force at once.
- Without prejudice to the provisions contained in the Goa, Daman and Diu Administrative Tribunal Act, 1965, the Tribunal shall have and exercise the power to audit the accounts of associations, corporations, temples, mosques, charitable institutions, asylums and other such institutions, in accordance with the provisions of Article 663 of the Reforma Administrativa Ultramarina and Legislative Diploma No. 1650 dated 13-9-1965.
