Globally recognized Law Firm Vidhisastras-Advocates & Solicitors welcome Mr. Talha Abdul Rahman as an ‘of Counsel ‘with the Litigation Team.
Mr. Rahman is an Advocate on Record at the Apex Court of the Country and shall be representing Firm’s Litigation matter at Supreme Court from now onwards.
After returning from oxford University, Mr. Rahman Practiced law with AZB & Partners (Mumbai) with their Dispute Resolution Team and has represented several MNCs in their commercial disputes against private as well as against the Government. From January 2013 to December 2017, Mr Rahman was associated as junior of Mr. Gopal Subramanium, Senior Advocate and Former Solicitor General of India and has assisted and appeared with Mr. Gopal Subramanium in several landmark cases viz. Maharashtra Dance Bar Case, Right to Privacy-Aadhar Case, Gutka-Tobacco Ban Case and Chhattisgarh Town Planning case to name a few.
On the Other Hand, Mr. Samuel Haokip is the Ex Advisor pertaining to legal issues and management with Late Actor Mr. Sushant Singh Rajput and has joined the Law Firm in the capacity of Partner (Designate). Previously Mr Haokip had worked with the Law Firm as an Associate and was assisting the Firm in different litigation as well as the Dispute Resolution Team of the Firm.
