Khaitan & Co. has set a new record with its 2022 Campus Recruitment Drive as the firm hired a record 76 students.
In the batch of 76 newly recruited Associates, 40 are women accounting for more than 50% of the total hiring. The firm made 52 pre-placement offers (PPOs), while the rest 24 hirings were made on Day Zero.
The Firm has offered a whooping annual starting salary package of around ₹15.6 lakh.
The firm hired 10 students from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS), Kolkata, and 9 from Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), Gandhinagar. 7 students each were hired from National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal and National Law University, Jodhpur (NLUJ). 6 each from National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR), Hyderabad, National Law University, Odisha (NLUO) and Symbiosis Law School (SLS) Pune were hired by the firm.
Executive Director, Human Resources Amar Sinhji made some comments regarding the same. He said:

This has been consistent over the past couple of years now.
