The Madhya Pradesh High Court has issued a notice regarding preponing summer vacation of the Court and that of its subordinate courts. The Court has declared that it will remain closed from 10th May to 4th April 2021.
The Order dated 28th April 2021 issued by Madhya Pradesh High Court stated that,
“In partial modification to the Registry Notification No.D/4763 dated 11-11-2020 and No C/172 dated 15-01-2021, the Summer Vacation of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh Jabalpur and the Subordinate Courts of the State of M.P are hereby preponed from 17.05.2021-11.06.21 to 10.05.21- 04.06.21.”
The Court has declared that instead of the time period of (17th May 2021 to 11th June 2021,) the summer vacation period will start from 10th May 2021 and will continue till 4th June 2021.
