High Court of Karnataka has announced dates of viva-voce to the eligible candidates for recruitment to the post of Civil Judges will be held as per following scheduled in the premises of the High Court of Karnataka, Bengaluru.
The call letters for the viva-voce will be sent to the eligible candidates by registered post. Viva –voce starts from January 5,2022 to January 20, 2022.
The candidates are requested to bring the following original Certificates along with three self attested photocopies and produce them before the undersigned, on the above mentioned dates, for verification :-
a) SSLC Certificate or Certificate of any other equivalent examination in proof of Date of Birth and identity card for address proof.
b) Degree, Law Degree Certificates, Marks Cards, Convocation Certificate.
c) Enrolment Certificate issued by Bar Council and Sannad.
d) Certificates obtained within the stipulated period from the competent authorities, if the candidate is claiming reservation under SC/ST/Cat-I / IIA/ IIB /IIIA/ IIIB/ Kannada Medium/ Rural/ Ex-Servicemen/ Physically Challenged.
e) In case of in-service candidates, No Objection Certificate issued by Competent Authority at the time of applying online application.
f) Two Character Certificates of good character one from the Principal of the Institution/College in which candidate has last studied with study details and another from a respectable person not being the relative of the candidate, but who is well acquainted with the candidate.
g) Creamy Layer Certificate, if the candidate is claiming reservation under General Merit (Rural) category.
h) Practicing Certificate from the concerned Bar Association, if the candidate is presently practicing as an Advocate.
