Criminal Appeal No.644/2008:
O R D E R
1. This appeal is filed against the judgment and order in D.B. Criminal Appeal No.119 of 2004 of the High Court of Rajasthan at Jaipur, dated24.11.2005, whereby and where under the High Court has allowed the appeal of the respondent-Nathi Singh.
2. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties.
3. We have carefully perused the records and analysed the evidence on record and in our considered view, the High Court and the trial court haven to committed any error which would call for our interference. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.

1. Mr. Abhishek, learned counsel appearing for the appellant would inform us, that, since the accused did not get bail from this Court, he must have served out the sentence that was imposed by the Trial Court and confirmed by the High Court for the offences punishable under Sections 365and 384 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("the IPC" for short).
2. In view of the above, in our opinion, nothing survives in this appeal for our consideration and decision. Therefore, the appeal is disposed of as having become infructuous.
