             WRIT PETITION NO.28429 of 2023

ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:

"......pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No. 3/Police in not registering FIR basing on the complaint of the petitioner dated 15/09/2023 when police refused to give acknowledgment the same was sent through registered post on 23/09/2023 to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 police in connection with the mental harassment and nuisances created by the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 by misusing my mobile number cheating against to my personal life and liberty is illegal arbitrary and against the principles natural justice and also violation of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300A of Constitution of India including the Apex Court Judgment Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and consequently direct the respondent police to register the FIR against Respondent No 4 and 5 and to take action against the culprits basing on the complaint of the petitioner as per law......"

2. The case of the petitioner is that when disputes arose

between him and respondent Nos.4 and 5, he filed a

complaint, dated 15.09.2023 on the file of respondent No.3

against respondent No.4 and 5, but no action was initiated by

the respondents-police in registering crime against the

accused.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the

said complaint reveals cognizable offences, the respondents-

police have not registered any crime against the accused.

4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home

appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that acting on

the complaint submitted by the petitioner, the respondents-

police have registered a case in Crime No.569 of 2023 against

the accused. Learned Assistant Government Pleader further

submits that as the grievance of the petitioner for registration

of the crime is redressed, no further orders are required to be

passed.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned

Assistant Government Pleader for Home, since the grievance

of the petitioner for registration of the crime stands

redressed, no further orders are required to be passed in this

writ petition.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No order as to

costs.

7. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ

petition shall stand dismissed.
