1. Petitioner herein, serving as Nursing Officer, seeks quashing

of an order dated 15.01.2025 (Annex.1) vide which he was

transferred from Bhilwara to Jodhpur (250 kms. away).

2. Matter being similar as was in S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.3804/2024 (Rajesh Sharma Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.), the

present petition is also dismissed as per Appendix 'B' of judgment,

[2025:RJ-JD:17895] (2 of 2) [CW-4588/2025]

ibid. The reasons for dismissal stated in the aforesaid judgment

shall be treated as part and parcel of this order.

3. All pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
