Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the

controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by

the judgment rendered by a coordinate Bench of this Court in S.B.

Civil Writ Petition No.2719/2020 "Hasina & Ors. v/s State

of Rajasthan & Ors." decided on 04.10.2023.

In view of the statement made by the counsel for the

parties, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the

judgment rendered in the case of Hasina (supra).

Stay application as well as other pending applications, if any,

shall stand disposed of accordingly.
