This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful

disobedience of the order dated 01.06.2018 passed by this Court

whereby, while disposing of the writ petition filed by the

petitioners, the respondents were directed to decide the

representation filed by the petitioners by a reasoned and speaking

order in the backdrop of judgment in case of Anokha Bai versus

State of Raj. & Ors.: SB Civil Writ Petition No.372/2013.

A perusal of the order dated 21.08.2019 (Annexure-R/2)

issued by the Director, Social Justice & Empowerment Department,

Government of Rajasthan appended with the reply filed by the

respondents reveals that representation(s) filed by the petitioners

has been decided by a reasoned and speaking order in the light of

judgment of this Court in case of Anokha Bai (supra).

In view thereof, this Court is satisfied that there has been

substantial compliance of the order dated 01.06.2018.

The contempt petition is dismissed accordingly.
