This instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner in

the year 2020 and the petitioner has failed to cure the defect/s

pointed by the Registry. When the case was listed before the

Registrar (Administration) on 07.02.2020, last opportunity of two

weeks' time was granted to petitioner to remove the defect/s. The

petitioner has not cared to remove the defect/s pointed out by the

Registry till date.

In the interest of justice, further two week's time is granted

to the petitioner to remove the defect/s pointed out by the

Registry, failing which the present writ petition shall stand

automatically dismissed without further reference to the Court.
