Order

23/03/2022 This second appeal arises against the concurrent finding of

fact whereby and whereunder the appellant plaintiff's suit has

been dismissed.

Two courts below have relied upon the previous judgment

dated 22.11.1979, upheld in the appeal vide judgment dated

22.10.1981 and concluded that the dispute involved in this suit is

squarely covered by the judgment.

The second appeal is pending at admission stage since 2015.

However, on the request of learned counsel for the appellant one

opportunity is granted to argue the appeal for admission on next

date 1st of April, 2022 with an understanding that counsel will not

seek further time.
