Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

since statement of some of the prosecution witnesses

have been recorded before the trial court, he does not

want to press this second bail application at this stage,

however, seeks liberty for the petitioner to file a fresh bail

application before the trial court.

Accordingly, this second bail application is dismissed

as not pressed with the liberty sought for.
