controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a

judgment of this Court dated 17/12/2021 passed in a batch of writ

petitions led by S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.7670/2016 (M/s.Dev

Dashrath Royalites And Tollways vs. State & Ors.).

In view of the statement made above, the present writ

petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in

M/s.Dev Dashrath Royalites And Tollways vs. State & Ors. (supra).
