HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE REKHA BORANA

Order

12/07/2022

The petitioner was given appointment pursuant to the order

dated 03.10.2017, passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court

in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.9684/2017. The said order dated

03.10.2017 was further affirmed by the Division Bench of this

Court in D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.511/2018. However, by that

time, other candidates were given appointments in the year 2017

in furtherance of the advertisement. The petitioner's grievance

raised in the present writ petition is that the respondents

themselves have wrongly denied appointment to the petitioner

and once the Division Bench has held in his favour, he is required

to be placed at appropriate seniority in terms of various decisions

rendered by this Court.

(2 of 2) [CW-6215/2019]

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed

of with a direction to the petitioner to file detailed representation

ventilating his grievances alongwith copies of the judgments,

which he want to rely upon.

On receipt of such representation, the respondents shall pass

appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably within a

period of 8 weeks from receipt thereof.

All pending applications also stand disposed of.
