covered by the judgment passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.

15152/2011 titled as "Madan Lal vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors."

which view has further been affirmed in Civil Appeal

No.8351/2017 titled as "Gaurav Pradhan & Ors. vs. State of

Rajasthan & Ors." by the Hon'ble Apex Court.

Counsel for the respondent seeks time to ascertain the

same.

List on 02.02.2022.
