This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 CrPC has been

filed by the petitioner for quashing of the FIR No.117/2021 of

Police Station Transportnagar, District Pali.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report,

wherein it is mentioned that the police after thorough

investigation in the impugned FIR has found that the allegations

levelled in the FIR are not true and the matter between the parties

is of civil nature.

In view of the fact that the police has completed the

investigation and found that the allegations levelled against the

petitioner are false and the matter between the parties is of civil

nature and they are going to file a negative final report in the

matter, no further order is required to be passed in this criminal

misc. petitioner and the same is, therefore, dismissed.
