                                         In wake of instant surge in COVID-19 cases and spread of its

                                   highly infectious Omicron variant, abundant caution is being

                                   maintained, while hearing the matters in Court, for the safety of

                                   all concerned.

                                         The matter is of the year 1999.

                                         None appears for the petitioner despite specific note in the

                                   cause-list that old matters upto the year 2000 shall not be

                                   adjourned.

                                         Mr. Rajeev Vishnoi, Advocate is appointed as legal aid (Pro

                                   Bono) lawyer to assist this Court on behalf of accused.

                                         Office is directed to supply copy of judgment impugned as

                                   well as copies of relevant record                 to the legal aid lawyer (Pro

                                   Bono).
