Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his challenge to

the order dated 16.03.2021 qua only contention that the matter

was heard by three members as is evident from the order-sheet

dated 01.03.2021; but, the judgment was pronounced by two

members only which is impermissible in law. He prays for and is

granted a week's time to cite the law in support of his contention.
