Nuh, District Nuh has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 and the same

is taken on record.

The statement of the alleged detenue-Shabnam has been recorded

under Section 164 Cr.P.C., as per which she has expressed her wish to reside with

her parents with whom she's currently residing.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by

this Court.
