1. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner

seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty

to the petitioner to file an application for partition of the joint land on the

basis of the judgment and decree dated 08.09.2010 passed by the Court of

Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Malerkotla in Civil Suit No.309-

2008 titled as Tariq Masood versus Izhar Ahmed and Another before the

revenue Court, within next 2 months.

2. In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as

withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
