These are the applications filed by respondents No.3 & 4 under Section 151 CPC for exemption from filing certified copy of Annexure A-1 and placing on record the same.

For reasons mentioned in the applications, the same are allowed as prayed for and Annexure A-1 is taken on record. COCP No.1652 of 2020

1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondenst for non-compliance of order dated 22.01.2020 (Annexure P-1) passed by this court in CWP No.10931 of

2018.
