This IOIN has been listed by the office for not depositing

the costs, which was imposed upon the petitioner.

Vide order dated 14.12.2017, writ petition was dismissed

with costs of Rs.25,000/- to be deposited by the petitioner with the

Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association, Chandigarh within

one month but the same have not been deposited till date.

Notice was served upon the petitioner for today. However,

neither the petitioner nor his counsel (who was present on last date)

appeared in this case.

A direction is being given to the District Legal Service

Authority, Ambala to make recovery of the costs imposed upon the

petitioner by this Court vide order dated 14.12.2017 passed in the

aforesaid case. As and when the same is recovered, it will be sent to

this Court for deposit in Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar

Association.

A copy of the judgment dated 14.12.2017 be also sent to the

CJM, District Legal Service Authorities, Ambala for intimation and

necessary compliance.
