2/3
willful and deliberate disobedience by opposite
party nos. 5 and 6 of the order passed in CWJC No.
7385 of 2023 dated 29.11.2023.
2. As per the operative portion of the
order in CWJC No. 7385 of 2023, this Court had
directed the petitioners to file a representation
before the concerned authority and, if the
petitioners' case would be identical to that of
Neelam Kumari, the same would be disposed of in
terms of the judgment passed in CWJC No. 2838 of
2021.
3. A detailed show cause was filed on
behalf of the opposite parties, and as per the
contents of the show cause, it appears that the
petitioners made a representation before the
concerned authority, and concerned authority has
passed a detailed order dated 06.03.2024,
pursuant to the direction of this Court.
4. Therefore, this Court finds that there is
no willful and deliberate disobedience on the part
of the opposite parties. However, the petitioners
shall be at liberty to challenge the order dated
Patna High Court MJC No.2591 of 2024 dt.13-02-2026
