The petitioner has prayed for the following relief/s:-
"i. For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus
or a writ of mandamus or any other writ of the like
nature thereby directing the respondent authorities to
ensure that the Aangawadi centre No. 8 of the
Village Alipur, Ward No. 07, Naubatpur is operated
from the Centre and not from the house of the
concerned sevika i.e. respondent no. 11.
ii. For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus
or a writ of mandamus or any other writ of the like
nature thereby directing the respondent authorities to
remove the illegal occupation of the Aanganwadi
centre no. 8 of the village Alipur, Ward No. 07,
Naubatpur by the respondent nos. 12 to 15 herein.
iii. For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or
a writ of mandamus or any other writ of the like
nature thereby directing the respondent authorities to
ensure that the Anganwadi at the Village Alipur,
Ward No. 07, Naubatpur is operated from the
designated centre to ensure safety and security of the
beneficiaries of the said Anganwadi.
iv. For any other directions, judgment, order,
observation or writ as this Hon'ble Court may deem
appropriate in light of the present facts."
From the supplementary counter affidavit dated
02.08.2021 filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 5 to 9, it is
apparent that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court,
Aanganwadi Centre has now become functional at the original
designated place.
Ms. Prerna Rishi, learned counsel for the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.6469 of 2021 dt.21-09-2021
states that the proceeding can now be closed.
Ordered accordingly.
The instant petition stands disposed of.
Interlocutory application(s), if any, shall also stands
disposed of.
