2. The representing counsel appearing for the Revision

Petitioner submits that the relief sought for in this Civil Revision Petition

has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above submissions, this Civil Revision Petition

is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Civil

Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Considering the facts and circumstances

of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.
