Heard Mr.S.Srinivasan, learned counsel for the appellants,

Mr.David Tyagaraj, learned counsel for respondent 1 and

Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents

2 to 4.

2. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the order

of the learned Single Judge is complied with and learned counsel for

the first respondent, as well as the learned Special Government

Pleader accede to the same. Learned counsel further submits that in

view of the above, the writ appeal can be closed.

3. Accordingly, the writ appeal stands disposed of. There will

be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.15370 of 2023 is

closed.
