                 decree of the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul dated 21.11.2000
                 in O.S.No.632 of 1998.

                                                       JUDGMENT

When this matter was listed on 12.09.2023, there was no appearance on

behalf of the appellants and hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the

2. Today, even though the matter is listed under the caption for

dismissal, the learned counsel for the appellants is not present to prosecute the

appeal. The learned counsel for the respondents is present. It shows that the

appellants are not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Hence, this second appeal

is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
